Refinishing Cost

  • $4 per square foot for complete Powerdrive Refinishing ​

This process is a complete restoration of your real wood floor.  Includes hanging plastic to cover things like cabinets, windows and doorways to non-hardwood rooms.  Powerdrive rough sanding, filling, Powerdrive mesh fine sanding, a sealer coat, and 2 residential grade finish coats.

  • ADD $1.75 per square foot for Staining 

Choose any of Duraseal or Bona's 50 stain colors for your real wood floor.  Samples will be provided onto your existing floor so that you can see exactly what the color will look like.

• ADD $1.75 per square foot for Signature 2k Finish Upgrade 

​One coat of oil base sealer and 2 coats of Bona Traffic HD.  Get the chemical resistance of Oil base coatings and the scuff resistance of commercial grade 2k water base.  The floors I've done with this system look incredible.

• $2.75  per square foot Screen and Coat

​This process provides you a new protective clear coating on your existing floor.  This process includes a very light sanding, one application of Loba Contact, and an application of a single coat of commercial grade waterbase finish, extending the life of your floor.
